Our Mission
Hope For All supports some of the most vulnerable children in the world: orphans in the poorest nation on earth, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Hope For All directly partners with a Kinshasa DRC orphanage to provide funding for approximately 100 children’s education, nutrition, care, and any other urgent needs that arise.
Our goal is to provide consistent, equitable, and community-based support to these children, so they can have the opportunity to thrive.
Before Hope For All began partnering with the Kinshasa DRC orphanage, funding was only available for about one meal per day per child, and only a few children would be able to attend school intermittently. In 2018 Hope For All began our partnership with the Kinshasa DRC orphanage, and since then, the children have had consistent nutrition of several hearty meals per day, they have all had the opportunity to attend school (and they have all been able to pass onto the next grade each year!), and they have received new school supplies and school uniforms each year.
Hope For All is able to remain in direct contact with caregivers and community members who take care of the children in the orphanage through the support of the Global Orphan Foundation staff. To learn more about this partnership, see the “our partner” page.
Finally, while the progress that has been made in supporting these children is so exciting, we need financial support in order to keep supporting the Kinshasa DRC orphanage. HFA is the only consistent funding source that the Kinshasa DRC orphanage has been able to access, and we intend to remain consistent.
