Hope For All is an organization that works directly with caregivers and community members on the ground in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to fund the basic needs of orphaned children. HFA fundraises for school tuition, nutritious food, clothing, dignified care, medical costs, and any other urgent needs that the arise for approximately 100 children in an orphanage in Kinshasa, DRC.

Our Values:

Community First:

Although our funding is raised in the US, The caregivers and community members in the DRC best know what the children in the orphanage need, and what funding should be raised. Their plans and knowledge are respected and guide all of HFA’s projects. Additionally, supplies are bought on the ground in the DRC whenever possible to support the local economy.

Gender and Social Equity:

Sufficient funding is raised so that no hard choices need to be made as to which children RECEIVE tuition, nutrition, and care. All children in the orphanage are accounted for, increasing gender parity in schools.

Consistency:

Although HFa is based far away from the DRC orphanage, we strive to always be consistent in our support, enabling the caregivers and community members on the ground in the DRC to plan and take action, knowing what funding will be available and that hfa is always ready to support them.
